I can't take it anymore..

So the past two weeksI have had this HORRIBLE pain in my left leg that moves up and down my back and inner thigh. At first I could deal with it but now when I walk I get teary eyed because the pain has become so unbarable I don't know what to do.. Tylenol doesn't work worth shit. I have tried stetching, rubbing it, I mean EVERYTHING! No matter how much I try and relax it everytime I get up its there. I can't sleep. I can't do anything. I work as a waitress and I don't know how much longer I can deal with it. I just don't know what to do. I said something to my doctor last week and she said "oh it's normal" but good god! Anyone had anything like this? If so did ANYTHING work?

It helped me when I would get on all fours.Like a cat and stretch my back up and down. Other then that...nope. Nothing will help except that baby moving off of your nerve. Sorry hun. Hopefully your baby will move for you. Maybe try swimming...might help relieve the "pressure". Good luck!

Sounds like its your sciatic nerve.
I had this problem. I went to the chiropractor which helped, but I also slept with a pillow under my legs or between my knees and that helped some too. That is terrible pain though, I am sorry you're going through that!

Yes, I had that pain so bad for a couple of weeks. I did that cat stretch "iinluvwithmylittleone" posted about and other stretches in the morning and made sure I didn't make any sudden quick movements and then it just went away one day! It was horrible, I don't think I could have made it through working if it would have lasted any longer. Try some stretches, I hope something helps!

You can also try sitting on a tennis ball on the side that hurts. Rolling it around while sitting on it will help to relieve the pain from the nerve. Hopefully that helps, and I hope the lil one moves off your nerve soon for ya!

Hi
I agree, it sounds like it may be Sciatica or Sciatic nerve pain. It is very painful! When I was affected most, I slept propped with several pillows. Also, for me heat helped (heating pad or warm bath) and tylenol.
Sorry you're in pain

Heating pad, vibrating heating pad helps! If it is your siatic, then its a giant nerve that starts above your hip and goes into the bottom of your foot. The best places to rub to stimulate your siatic is the bottom of your foot, your ass and above your hip!
Bottom of your foot, rub a tennis ball between the floor and your foot.
Your ass- better get baby daddy to rub deep!
Your hip, lay on your back(if you can) and twist your hips.

The vibrating heating pad helped me a lot when I was having siatic pain, mine used to get so bad that I would be walking through the restaurant(I'm also a server) and it would sieze up and I had to grab onto the tables to hold myself up.
I learned everything I told your through massage therapy, remember when you are rubbing your legs or anybody is rubbing your legs/body to rub up toward the heart to help prevent blood clots.
Its beyond painful, I'm sorry you're hurting! Feel better!

Thank you so much! I will definatly have him rub me =] But I'm going to try and stretch, and use a heating/vibrating pad!
