HOW MUCH LONGER???

I am 37 weeks and 4 days only 17 more days left to go. I am getting really impatient. I am bored out of my mind. I have EVERYTHING ready for my little girl. Why wont she come?? Anybody have any suggestions to get the ball moving. I mean I have been dilated one centimeter for 2 weeks now. That is really depressing. Hahha.

Sex and walking.

That's how I was...
I walked liked crazy... like atleast an hour a day, usually more.
I ate spicy food...
I drank rasberry leaf tea....
I ate Italian food...
I had tons and tons of sex... I had sex atleast 3 times a day...
And I went over due
Sometimes babys just don't want to come out.... the baby will be here when he/she is ready... or they get evicted! I evicted my baby, I was induced 3 days after my due date.... Good luck honey

Because you're only 37 weeks,she'll come when she's ready.

Oh my. I have been walking like crazy too. My mom keeps telling me she is just simmering. Shes almost done but got a few things left to finish off. I have just been so sick and miserable. And we did an ultrasound and the doctor said the baby is developed wonderfully. Everytime I go in they say she is engaged and they can feel her head. I just assumed if all of that then she would come soon. I haven't had any babies before so I really have no idea what to expect. Just trying to get a feel for things. But thanks for all your help.

Nothing will work until she is ready to come out. You just have to wait. Get lots of sleep and clean! Or just enjoying going to the store without a screaming baby/

Honestly enjoy your last few days without the baby here... get sleep and relax... because once the baby is out you will only be able to relax once the baby is asleep... even then it's hard because you will have tons more to do... I'm only on here cause I'm pumping and the baby is knocked out and I finished cleaning...

self inducing will only work if your body is READY.

Goodness. I feel bad for complaining now. Are they going to induce your little one?

Thank you. Hahaha. I felt sad when I read that first post. I will admit it though I am probably the biggest complainer ever. hahha. Its just boring waiting around with nothing to do. I guess I should just relax and enjoy it. I have done nothing but sit in a bed for the last 3 months. No fun.

I don't mean to be rude.. it's just that I think you should still be excited and yes, anxious. If you go overdue you'll know exactly how I feel   Especially when other people you know are having their babies on time/early.
I'm actually impatiently waiting for tomorrow to come because I'm scheduled to be induced at 4:00 am. I really didn't want it to come down to this though.. I wanted to go naturally.

Well good luck I hope everything goes well. Usually when the doc says they are inducing the babies start flying out. Maybe he/she will come before they start inducing. I will be praying for you.

Hey who knows you could still go before tomorrow morning... That's what I kept telling myself!
