Teething,

My son is always drooling,and chewing on his hands,and he has these marks on his bottom row or gum that look like teeth are coming through.
He's only 3 months old could he be cuttting teeth already?

some babies teeth earlier than others...if it looks like it, he probably is

My son is three month and is the SAME way! A few days ago i felt a little tooth coming though! A little earlier then I expected.

He could but it might not happen for a little while.. My son had the same issues. Is he having issues?Pain? If so you can have him suck on a cool rag there are also these awesome tabs they sale at most store are great. They dissolve right in their mouths. I can't remember the name of them..Sorry.. Yeah if i press a little bit on it I cab feel something,but there are 3 mark where it looks like teeth are coming in,i didn't think it was possible

he starts rubbing his gums and then screams because it probably hurts,should I give him baby oralgel?

Yes!! And go to the supermarket and find those tablets in the baby section.. I gave it to my son everynight along with tyenol. He had a lot of pain...
But yeah give him son baby origel... And find those tabs. they work great for the pain. I think its for night time though. Its to help them sleep..Its not to put them to sleep it easies the pain.

I just have to rub across his gum and BAM, there it is. I wasn't sure at first but other moms confirmed it for me! LOL.

Yeah usually he sleeep 7-8 hours at night i put him to bed at 9pm and doesn't usually wake up til 4 or 5am and then goes back to sleep til 9am but lately he has been waking at 1:30am for the past 2 night and screaming his head off and he hasn't beeen sleeeping good at all lately,Maybe because his mouth hurts?

Its more than likely he is having pain. I would try the origel.

Piper has been doing this for about a month now. I swear I saw a little tooth under her gum once but, she won't let me back in for a good look. It's possible but, my son didn't get his first 4 teeth until he was 8 months old. Every kid is different but, he didn't drool all the time so that's all I have to go by.
