I was trying to remember what i did to loose weight before i was pregnant.. when i used to be all about fitness and i finally remember. It was great because i didnt have to give up the foods i loved. I went jogging once a day or every other day for 3 miles. Sometimes i didnt at all.. but the main part of my diet was 1/2 portions. I eat a lot of food, i love food, which i know many of us do.. well what i used to do is at dinner and meals take 1/2 of what i usually take. take 1/2 the glass of soda.. half the size slab of cake.. and so on. I lost 10 pounds in less than a month.Im going to start up that diet again.. but i figured id share because it really does work. Now i just need to motivate myself to work out to firm up this pooch and thunder thighs.
i wish i could go exersizeing , but i have two babies and have one to take care of them : ( My baby daddy wont ever take care of them not even for 10 mins, he sucks
You should exercise in your house. When I was bigger than I am now(almost 300) I exercised in the house, lost some weight, then walked and jogged outside to lose the rest. It took me a year to lose like 130 and I'm still exercising throughout my pregnancy. If I can't get out I will have my baby right at my side while I work out.
