tonight and i breastfeed how long do i have to wait till i can feed her again i have stored milk but i just dont want to put her on me too early

really, if you drink right after you nurse, and only have one drink then you should be fine by the next time you have to feed her. Give it two or three hours.

As long as you don't feel "buzzed" it's safe to breastfeed.. If you get a buzz, than once you feel OK again (like you could drive) it's ok to breastfeed..

welldepending on how much yu drink ... if yu have only a couple of drinks i would wait 24 hours n just feed her the bottles .. but keep pumping yur boobs and dumpin the milk just so yur boobs arent exploiding ... but if yu plan on gettin drunk pump alot of bottles befor yu drink and wait till tom. night to feed her on yur breast

i might get bad comebacks on this but w.e. i would drink about 2-3 drinks and bf... i didnt have a pump... didnt have money for formula so i pretty much had no choice... and she would be fine... but look carefully... i said 2-3 drinks.. enough to get me chillinng. not drunk

alcohol metabolizes within a few hours. Studies have shown that there really isn't any need to pump and dump anymore.

there is no need to wait that long. Check the link i posted. it has a ton of trustworthy acurate info.

2 hours but that whole 'pump and dump' thing that people have said in the past (just bringing it up) is not so.

my Doctor told me to not to worry about it because by the time the baby wakes up (assuming he/she sleeps all night long) it will be out of your system.

Don't pump & dump , that's just wasting time & your liquid gold .

Ian sleeps through the night , so when I do drink , it's after he's out for the night . By morning , when he's waking up .. I am no longer 'buzzed' , therefore good to go !
