Club Clomid! Yipee!

Hello Ladies, well me and some of my parent tank peeps have been talking about how we should have a post just for those on clomid, who were on clomid, or who would like to try clomid in the future so here it is. I haven't really started a post like this before but I think this wil be a great place to talk about our experiences on Clomid and hopefully hear some success stories! So don't be shy and share 

I'll start I'm Molly. My DH and I have been ttc since sept. 07. I have very irregular AFs and my doctor is conviced Clomid will be the answer to my prayers. I'm on CD 4 and start my first round of Clomid tomorrow on CD 5. What do I have to look forward to?

Yay, team clomid! My name is Stephanie and I've had one clomid baby and am expecting my second which isn't a clomid baby. Ok so this is your first dose of clomid right? Look forward to being a crazy bitch, I call these pills the bitch pills but they definately work. I had 3 miscarriages before I had my son. Two of which were clomid babies but we didn't realize that because I have PCOS that my progesterone was dropping after 7 weeks and that's why I was miscarrying. So 4th one I got pregnant right away on the clomid and we did progesterone shots at 7 weeks to keep the baby and I have my 2 1/2 year old son Gavin out of that. Lucky for you the clomid is only for 5 days because the pills made me have mood swings like there was no tomorrow and I went nutso on my husband so you may want to ask yours to be very patient cuz its the clomid talking. Either then that I've had wonderful experience with it working. This time around we did 4 months of clomid and one round of artificial insemination and it didn't work, I got sick of the clomid and was super depressed and so I decided to take a break and for 3 months wasn't on any meds, and boom Surprise pregnant. Good luck its a rocky ride but its worth it.

Question....for those of you that take Clomid. Do you take it at night or during the day? I start today but I forgot to ask my OB when I should take it and also do I need to take it the same time everyday?

I don't think it matters what time of day you take the clomid if I remember correctly. As long as you take it the same time each day kind of like the birth control pill.
