Fourth of July Party Ideas

Hello Everyone! I'm helping my mom out preparing for my 18 yr old brothers high school graduation / 16 yr old sisters bday party this coming weekend. Anyone out there have any good ideas on appetizers, desserts, etc? We have the main dish menu but I'm looking for something diffeent, something extra... Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, ladies...Jen 

This is one of my fav recipes stuffed mushrooms1 stuffer mushrooms 2. 1 pkg jimmy dean sauage ( sage) flavor 3. 8oz cream cheese 4. baby swiss chesse ,pre-heat oven 375 , brown sauage , wipe mushrooms with a dampcloth ,and take stem off, after sauage is cookeddrain then add cream cheese stir together ,place a small slice of swiss in the bottom of the mushroom ,add a couple pieces of the swiss to the sauage mixture, stir until melted , spoon the sauage mixinto the mushrooms , and top with asmall slice of swiss , put in oven for about 25-35 min .or unitlll mushrooms look well cooked.becarful very addictive!!! you can also and some leftoverbread stuffing if you have any . enjoy and tell me what you think

this is my fav cake recipe you can make it look very festive 1. 1box yellow cake mix bake as directed on box, 2. 1 pkg strawberry jello dislove jello in hot water and when cake comes out cool for like 10min then poke holes with a fork and pour disloved jello mix overcake , refrige, 3. 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding make as directed , then spread pudding over cake , top with cool whip , then you can add blueberry's and strwberry's so it looks like the flag (sorry i can't spell)
