I know...everytime you here stuff like that in the news they usually get a slap on the wrist. It sucks. I think think they should have harsher laws for baby killers where they are considered adults legally as soon as they get pregnant/give birth. It crazy to think that just because you're under 18 you can kill a baby, kid, or adult and get probation or just a few years in jail. I think that if you're old enough to kill someone then you're old enough to be killed right back. JMO

The law doesn't get to change the definition when it suits them.

I'm all about capital punishment but Id on't believe a child should be held accountable for the same responsibility as an a.dult. At 14 you're scared of doing anything wrong, you make a lot of mistakes and you're dumb.very little about right/wrong actions/consquences has been established. In fear of mild punishment children (and she IS a child) often try to cover their tracks and end up making the trouble they get into worse and worse. If you don't know how to react to a certain situation you're bound to fuck up. While she took a life an innocent beutiful newborn baby in what was most likely a frantic attempt to "fix" something, that does NOT make her accountable in the same sense as an adult. Hence why we make 18 the "adult" age
