question are boys harder?

posted 27th Jun
I already have a girl and she is a doll! she is so easy to raise aside from everything she does. But i was wondering if raising a boy is harder then a girl? Because as you know i am pregnant again but dont know the sex yet

My grandfather told me before i found out the sex that girls were easier because they are smarter

A little girl will go into the kitchen, get the cereal, pour herselfa bowl and eat it....a little boy on the other hand will get the cereal, spill it everywhere, step on it, spill some more and sit there and laugh haha

i love my Papa

I dont know form personal exsperience but..... Id say its a misconception. Raising a boy or a girl is only as hard as you make it.. I hear girls are harder and boys are so easy. but also visa versa.. Its only as hard as you make it...

I've actually heard that boys are a lot easier from several people. But of course a lot of it deoends on the child & the way it is raised. If your little girl did not give you any problems, and you raise a son the same way, I think you'd be ok.

in a way i agree..my son is very smart but he is careless..he is almost 6 and gets food and such everywhere..he dresses very sloppy..and still pees on the seat, he doesn't wipe well..eww but he just doesn't think b4 he acts..he was also harder to potty train (2 yrs 5 mos.)..break from the bottle ( 19 mos.) and the sippy cup (2 1/2)..we fought to take those things away..now my daughter who is 3 on the other hand..is a very neat eater, has to constantly wipe her face and wash her hands..she rarely gets food anywhere but in her mouth, she matches all her clothes to her shoes and hair ties and such...she wipes til' she doesn't feel ANYTHING ( it is so annoying but good at the same time)..and she cleans her own room better than my 6 yr old cleans his..she was potty trained at 23 mos..started walking at 9 mos...bottle broke at 10 mos...broke from sippy at 14 mos...and she rarely asks me for help..she gets annoyed when i offer it...this is JMO..but girls are easier so far..i am sure they are harder as teenagers...i just hope my 3 wk old is as easy!!..lol

i personally dont think it has anything to do with the gender i think it has to do with the kid.... my sil has 2 girls and one is good as gold and they other one is hell on wheels... boys i think are just more over the top when they get to a certain age... they like to fight and are more into running wild and getting into stuff
