moral support... warning: vent!

ok... so ladies here it goes... my boyfriend recieves SSI checks the first of every month. about 6 weeks ago he got arrested and held with no bail because he is a flight risk (he never shows for court)... his mother is his payee... meaning that the checks are for him in her name. she found out he went to jail and kept all his money... didnt give me anything for my rent, bills, or to put on his jail books. she said he didnt get any money bc he went to jail. everyone knows that she took and kept the money, so i stopped talking to her. recently i was hanging out with one of my male friends and was seen by her and her family. now she insists that im no good and my poor boyfriend is better off without me... even though im having his child in september. its obvious to me that shes trying to take the spotlight off of the fact she took his money and make me the bad guy... but cum-on! im all emotional and hormonal and my feelings are really hurt by all the things shes saying. shes gone so far as to call his ex and talk shit about me to her... shes teaming up with everyone she can think of to bad-mouth me. i never did anything, and i mean ANYTHING to deserve this. im heartbroken.

wow. and just think we are all becoming mothers, i hope no one here ends up like her,  she might be miserable,. as the saying goes misery enjoys company or she could in fact just be a big hatin bitch. sry. i calls em like i sees em.

i dont wanna talk shit about her because that would make me no better than her, but this woman hasnt worked in years and is always about the $$$... im not surprised she kept the money... im just upset that ive helped her so many times... with money and emotional support... ive always been a shoulder to cry on for her... but now, just so she doesnt have to feel guilty, shes making me out to be the anti-christ... im honestly hurt by the things shes said about me and to who shes said them to... ya know? im in my 3rd trimester... i cry over a lost eyelash... i dont need to anymore reasons to be teary... i miss my boyfriend to death!

i told him what she said... that they stopped them bc he was incarcerated... but he knows... shes did it to him a couple years ago when he got in trouble... he was the one who told me not to believe her

sounds like she IS taking advantage of the situation. Going by what your saying.Is she a jealous person? A man in her life? Sounds like she has issues and probably had them b4 u came into the pic. I may be wrong though. Just don't let it get to you too much. Take care of yourself!!

Wow, I honestly don't know what I would do in that situation! But I mean come on, how many pregnant women are out there just galavanting the streets with random men?! Most preggo women won't even have sex with their own DH or DB's while preggo, so what makes her (or him) think that you're just going to give it up to a friend of yours? That's ridiculous! his mothers husband is a weekday husband... meaning he goes to his gf's house every weekend... hes been seeing this other woman for the last 3-4 years... my heart breaks for her bc she loves him and doesnt want anyone else so she puts up with it... her life isnt easy... im not sticking up for her by no means... she has no right to say everything shes been saying... she just wants people to see the conterversy shes started over me rather than the conterversy shes created with the money
