6 week pp check up and questions

i have my appt today andi wanted to know what they are going to do, im suppose to have the mirena put it but i dont think they will be able to do that or anything else becuz i started my period on tuesday, will i have to make another appt to come in and do that??

I've been on and off bleeding (verrrry light, though) since giving birth.. how do you know when your period starts? When is it supposed to start?   I wanna know if they stick something up your cootch.. I'm afraid 'cause my perineum was sewn up.

i stopped bleeding after 3 weeks of having ryley then 2 weeks later i started to get cramps like a period and sure enough the next morning i started my period. i to had to be sewn up but i was soo suprised at how fast i healed up.. i dont know when its suppose to start, i think its different for everyone.

for my 6w pp check up i had the iud put in with my last child but i didnt get a period for a couple of weeks because i nursed all my boys. You will have to reschedule to have it put in because ur on ur redman!

Actually they prefer to insert them when you are on your period its easier to do and less painful.
