That's because she did do something wrong. She threw a newborn child in the dumpster and refused to tell anyone where the baby was. That's pretty fucked up. She should be given jail time. I am really really sick of stories like this. Why the fuck didn't she just get an abortion in the beginning instead of carrying out the pregnancy just to let the child die in a DUMPSTER. She caused the baby to die, therefore she should be charged. I really don't care if anyone says she didn't "actually" kill the baby, yes she did. Why do you think she threw it in the dumpster? To keep it safe until she could go back for it? No, to kill it.

I'm sorry, but this is bullshit. She should have been charged with something.

Their is not proof the baby was even alive. Thats why she wasnt charged with murder. They were unable to prove the child was not a sitllborn and that the child ever took a breath. If they could then it would be jail time.

Negligent Homicide. She would be charged with murder if the child died because of her act and neglect.

I just find that interesting. The same thing happened to my boyfriend's best friend. His ex gf who he had gotten pregnant gave birth to his child and put her in the entertainment center in her roomface down and then went to the hospital with her mom claiming she was "really sick". They were able to prove that the child had in fact been alive when she put her in the entertainment center.

Because they were able to at autopsy look in the lungs and see that air was in them.


If the baby didn't have any air in the lungs then it is likely the baby never took a first breath.
