worried

when me and my fiance last tried to make love i felt a really bad pain at the bottom of my tummy n had to stop, after he said he felt a hard lump. im really worried an i dno if its normal. also the bottom of my tummy has gone hard but stops jus below my belly button, is it meant to do this? any help wud b really appreciated
