alright i had 2 shots so far and i have a month left till my 3rd shot. when i started the shot i weighed 114. now, i weigh 140. lately i have been peeing non stop, and i have been getting really bad heart burn mostly at night. 2 ppl who i work with have even asked if i was pregnant because it does kinda look it......but i never thought twice of it becuase i thought i was just getting chubby from the shot. i woke up this morning and my breast were a tab bit sore but now they are ok......... Is it possible that the shot didnt work or somethen? is that even possible??? i thought it was 99% effective. i havent had my period with this 2nd shot aswell but thats also a side affect to the shot. please tell me what u think.

I just talked to my OB yesterday about some BC and he told me how many women have problems with weight gain on the shot.. Sounds like you're a testament to that so I sure won't be going that route.. It's the mini-pill for me I guess..

i dont recommend it. about 3-4 days after the shot i get reallly bad migrains. this last one was so bad they sent me home from work and i could barely drive home. i dont think i'll be getting the shot anymore either.

i never gained ANY weight on the shot
as a mtter of fact i lost weight
but i did get pregnant like a week after my next shot was due
so i think it is very possible you may be pregnant

i txted my bf that night that 2 ppl at work asked me if i was pregnant. he said "well are you" and i said no i cant be. he said "u THINK u cant be" i think that may means he has doubt about the shot aswell. ahh idk

Her boobs blew up and hurt her very badly every time she'd get a new shot. And the shot made her turn almost bipoler. She always peed anyway so we didn't think much of that.
