heres a nother question

ive been giving formila to my son but i want to breastfeed more but i think my milk has gone down .how do i build it up more or is it pretty much going to go away?

put him on the boob! =) this will stimulate your body, and help your supply.... if you have apump try pumping like 10 minutes after a feeding.... oh you can try taking the herbal supplement fenugreek also, but I would ask your dr about it first....good luck!

thank you but he gets so mad because its not coming out fast for him i bummed out about it but i shouldnt have given him the formula

don't be bummed out- it happens... and he is going to be angry, b/c he has to work at the boob to get the milk out.... just try to nurse first (and as much as possible) and then do formula, hopefully your body will start producing quickly...how old is your little one?
