Is it normal to have postpartum depression for 7 months?

I am new to this site but was wondering is it normal for me to be depress after delivered 7 months ago. I have three girls but have never had postpartum tell the last one. I am so unhappy with everything, I have good days but I seem to always be mad at my husband or unhappy about something. I'm not bi-polar but I seem to can get my life back on track. Maybe its the having three kids to get adjusted to but its been 7 month's, Need Help right?
