how much..?

did your baby eat within there first month..? i have been feeding camryn every 3-31/2 hours 3 ounces, is that enough or too much?!

i think it depends on the size of the baby and the baby could have a fast metabolism babies eat quite a bit during that age

Your baby should let you know how much he or she needs... if they are still fussy afterwards and they have already been burped, then try giving them a bit more. If they spit it out before they finish they are prolly full...

Doe's he seem full?

yea he does, but like a hour later he is waking up acting like he is hungry again.

My son ate 1-2 ounce every 2-3 hours. I feed him till he fell asleep.

My daughter eats every 2-3 hours, and anywhere from 2-4oz...Her problem is she doesn't wanna stay awake to eat until she's full, she just wants to eat to put herself back to sleep....so when that happens, she eats more frequently.

My daughters 2 weeks old and eats 2-3 ounces every 3-4 hours. And amazingly she stays awake to finish it all up, then burps and falls back to sleep, or stays awake for awhile checking things out.

my parents told me i was like that when i was a newborn. i would only eat till the hunger pains were gone then go back to sleep and then wake up in an hour demanding more food. i eventualy got everything straightened out and would sleep through the night

I think that's my favorite time, she's not fussy at all, just wide awake looking at everything.
