lol My oldest (a girl) pooped on me every chance she got!

I have two baby boys (one will be 2 un August, the other will be 1 in Sept.) They have both peed and pooped and spit up on me. They have thrown up, they have cried, woken up every 3 hours at first. They have fought, and thrown tantrums. They can be little devils lol. But they are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I always wanted a little girl and still kinda do but boys are the best. They kiss you, they love you, they need their mommy to kiss their hurts, and they sleep through the night now, they love everything new. They laugh together, they play together, they lay on your lap and in your arms. There is nothing better thana sleeping baby and a happy baby when they wake up. Be prepared to have a rough time at first but remember how fast your days are going and they go even faster later. Enjoy every moment. Be patient, teach them all you can. Look at the amazement in their eyes. Laugh at the pee and poop and the spit-up lol. It doesn't last long (but that is a good thing). Love him with all your heart. Good luck and congratulations!!!

1) Trust you gut with everything!!
2) Don't be afraid to call the Nursery nurses after the baby is born for ANYTHING you're not sure of or the Pediatrician. A phone call is nothing compared to the stress of wondering and worrying.
3) Sleep when the baby sleeps...you'll need the rest!
4) Give breastfeeding a shot...there's no feeling like it in the world when you look down at your first child as you feed him from your own breast...even if it doesn't work out at least this way you can say your tried. (I'm not into pressuring people about BF so please don't take this the wrong way.)
5) You CAN'T spoil a newborn!!! They need your comfort to build up their confidence that someone is going to be there when they need them.
6) Love yourself as much as you love your baby...when you can let someone else take over so you can do something nice for yourself.
7) No matter how many times you say it out loud it will take forever to sink in that you ARE someones mother...I still say it to myself in disbelief and my son will be 1 year old on Monday.

I Promise myself to love him more than anything...I never knew that I could love him so much already. And I dont even know him...Its the greatest feeling ever...Thank you momma
