It's a special edition Elmo. He falls to the ground in laughter, & theres a fuction where he can't get back up so he's just hitting the ground in laughter. He gets the hiccups, and when you press him he says.... "cold hands".
He's just a better version of any Elmo toy EVER. Haha I could see how it could get annoying that's why I think she said that but I LOVE Elmo, I would listen to it ALL day.
