If You Use Alli

I'm thinking about taking Alli, and I've read some past threads about how it works and the nasty side affects, but I'm still willing to try it out to help lose my baby weight (I'm trying to lose 50lbs and I've got a long way to go  )...And I'm just wondering to see if any of you ladies have taken it and would like to know how well it worked for you and if it truly is worth it...

I would also look into asking your Doctor about Adipex! it cost about the same maybe a little less depending on where you get it and not the side effects that Alli has. I have tried both before this pregnancy and I would use Adipex hands down befoer I bought Alli again.

Can you buy it over the counter, or is it by perscription only??

I know my girlfriend ordered it off the internet and got a really good deal I just got it from my Doctor and went to the Pharmacy. I used walmart and asked my Dr. to write 60 day prescription so I would only pay once for 2 months supply and it was $28 dollars I used it right after I had my daughter and lost all the preggo weight plus some in 3 months! Allie I was taking late last year to help shed a few lbs and I mean 10-12 lbs and I didnt loose but about 4 lbs in 2 months. I eat well and work out 3-4 times per week but Idk why it didn't work as well, plus I had to deal with the bathroom all the time   I will see if I can find the website where she got it!

I used Alli and the side effects arent so bad. Your poop will be all oily and if you feel like you need to fart you have to hold it til you get to a toilet because you just might poop out some oil. It feels just like you have to poop.I lost weight fast and I looked great. You have to keep up with a very good diet afterwords or else you will gain all the weight back AND MORE. I personally agree with the people who say diets dont work. Youd be better off eating well and exercising. All diets pill manufacturers just want to make money. They know they are not going to work permenently and they know that we will spend the money on it month after month. If any of them worked those companies would go broke because they wouldnt sell nearly as much. The pills dont identify the causes of obesity/overweightness so most people revert back to their heavier selves within months.

if u use alli the thing to know is its a fat blocker. so if u eat a lot of fat it has to have some where to go, hence the liquid shits. thats why it recommend a health diet tooo

I would be a little bit weary buying a prescription drug over the internet. But that's just my opinion.

so you can order it w/o a Rx?
i really want to try it but i am 5'8 and 170 lbs.. i dont think my dr. would give me a Rx for it.. but i have been at 170 forever now.. well for about a month.. im just stuck here.. boo.
