So nervous...help please!

OMG I'm so nervous, tomorrow I have to horrible appt. back to back. First off at 7:50 am I am going to my dentist to see if I need to get my wisdom teeth removed and then at 9:45 am I am going to a new OB who specializes in infertility. I should probably be more specific about my OB appt.... I am going in to get on Clomid. The problem is my new OB is a man and I have never had a man dr. before. Also the reason I made the appt, was becuase I didn't get AF at the end of April when I should have. Well I made the appt. then and he is in such high demand I couldn't get in for two months. Of course AF showed up yesterday for the first time since April so now I am afraid he will have to do a physical or something and I won't be able to. What makes me so nervous is that I don't know what to expect at either appt. so if you have had your wisdome teeth pulled or have had an appt. to get on Clomid please share your stories. I could use some confidence! Thanks!

I had my wisdom teeth pulled at 17, and it really wasn't that bad. I was sore for a little while and swollen (yeah, I looked lovely in my Christmas Pictures, I had my teeth pulled Dec. 21 2006) but it was fine after a couple of days.

I had teeth pulled as well. Use to live at the dentist at one time. you'll be ok.

Had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled and cannot take any type of prescription pain meds because they make me sick. the next day I had to be in the hospital waiting room while my 'x' had a double bi-pass and with me were my three children: 5, 1 1/2, and 6 months old (nursing). Not a lot of fun, but having the teeth pulled wasn't that big of a deal..... or maybe that was because I didnt have TIME for it to be a big deal... who knows, but you'll be fine.

My sister went on on Clomid and as far as I can remember it wasn't a huge deal going on it... Its alot of work when on it though.. I know you have to go daily and have your eggs checked to see what size they are and right when they see one they like it's GO TIME!!! So its alot of time outta your schedule and I am assuming the way they check your eggs would be with some sort of physical involved... Meaning internal ultra or something in the sense of a pap?? You'll be fine tho... Just put yourself in a happy place and imagine the beautiful baby or "babies" you will get in the end... It'll make it all worth it!!!! And for the teeth?? Not fun...But you'll be ok...

Did Clomid work for your sister?

my infertility doctor is a man and he has dug around in my vagina more times than i can count..it is actually more comfortable with him than it is with some of the women nurses   you will be fine.

I have a male op and he is great. I was nervous on the first visit but it was ok.
Good luck at both doctors!!

I had my wisdom teeth pulled. Mine were impacted though, so I had to get put to sleep. Good luck ! Let us know how both of the appointments go.

Hey.. Yes it worked!! Better than expected!!! I have one girlfriend that had 2 single births on it... right away... another had triplets... and my sis had twins... All got pregnant asap too... Do you watch Jon and Kate plus 8?? Ya... That was a Clomid situation... Did the fertility Dr. talk to you that multiples are a big possibility??

OMG awesome news! Can you find out if they have any secrets to their success. I'm getting really excited for my appt. now!

sorry, totally O T but i get so sick on any prescription pain meds too (well any prescription meds at all   ) they make me projective vomit for real it is the weirdest and worst thing ever!! ive never heard of anyone else gettin sick on them tho!
