i've had my wisdom teeth pulled. they give good pain meds so you don't feel much but with me i had super puffy cheeks i looked like a chipmunk hording a winters worth of nuts in my mouth. Good luck.

I get sick on any kind of pain pills :-) haha I thought I was the only one.

So both appt. went well. At the dentist I found out all 4 of my teeth are impacted(growing sideways under and above the gums) and that I need them removed. What I'm wondering now is how many of you were put under to get your teeth removed and how many were awake? Those who were awake was it bad? oh decisions. As far as my other appt. I love my new guy OB so nice. He drew me pictures of how my uterus and everthing worked, lol, I felt like I was in sex ed. He thinks the problem is that I ovulate so late in my cycle that my uterus walls are too thick and a fertilized egg is unable to stick on to them. I start on Clomid in two days! I'm so excited he said that I am in the kind of situation Clomid was made for and that it should be successful within three months. keep your fingers crossed and baby dust! Thanks for your support.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and there was no question that I wanted to be put out. I said to the doc. "You are going to put me out aren't you?" doc said. " I think that's for the best." I said "I agree". I don't remember anything after they put this thing over me. I was out like a light. It wasn't bad afterwards either. GOOD LUCK.
Good luck with the clomid thing too. Hope you get your belly bean very soon.

I was put under and it wasn't bad at all. it was kind of a weird feeling but kinda cool too. Before you know it, it's over and you're going home. The recovery is kind of painful but nothing like what you're going to go through in labor! Just keep lots of popsicles handy

PLEASE do not try to have them get out impacted teeth unless you are under IV sedation!! It can be very painful! Trust me, it is worth the extra $$ to be put "out".
On a happier note, Sending you lots of baby dust for your next cycle! My best friend got pg. with triplets her first round of clomid!! (She did miscarry one, but has beautiful 7 year old twins!)

Thank you so much! I have decided to def. be put "out" after talking to numerous people. I'm still very nervous though. As far as Clomid goes I love hearing success stories. I'm on CD6, day 2 of Clomid and so far I have had one hot flash and a mild headache. I am very hopeful that this will be the answer for me! Thanks again and babydust!
