1st, 2nd, & 3rd trimester forums

Am I the only one who wished there were separate 1st, 2nd & 3rd trimester forums instead of just one big Pregnancy Issues forum? I noticed a lot of times people use really vague subjects when they start their threads, and when I click on it, it's another one of those questions that's been asked a gajillion times when someone first gets pregnant. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure I've asked some "not again" questions too during my first trimester (or maybe even now), but I'd like to be able to go to my trimester forum and get right to reading/answering to posts that are more relevant to my stage. I know we have a "My family" tab, but it only includes people who are within 7 days of my due date, which limits a lot of topics I might still be interested in.

Sounds like a great idea. It'll be easier for people in the first trimester (like me) to filter through the issues that aren't really theirs to worry about just yet lol.

I know! When I was in my first trimester, I just wasn't interested in posts about dilating and contractions. LOL!

Sounds like a good idea to me too! Like you both said, filtering through problems that I won't have to worry about for a while.

Hmm. So what about members that have been-there-done-that helping out the newcomers? If you split up the pregnancy issues, then those in later stages of their pregnancy won't necessarily hang out in the 1st trimester forums anymore.

There might also be repeat posts in those inbetween stages, for instance if someone isn't sure if they have a 2nd or 3rd trimester issue they might post the same question in both forums.
