I finally had Marlana Jaelynn on the 24th at 1:55am. She was 8lbs 12oz (holy crap)and 20 inches at birth. I'll post pictures soon, I haven't really had time to get them to the computer yet.
Thank you so much!! Right now it's not too bad. I'm sure once the days go by it'll get so much more interesting, lol. I don't see myself getting bored for about 20 years. Heh. I forgot how much of a perfectionist you turn into once a baby comes though. Ahhh, this is way too exciting though. My baby is home!!
I have pictures now! They're not good, cause they're with my camera phone. I'm going to transfer more pictures from my digi cam later. 5 1/2 hours of labor. I "tried" to do it natural(haha yeah right)...and I was breathing and focusing fine, and then I pretty much gave up after the last 3 contractions I had before calling the medicine in. I was dilated to a 7 when I got the epidural, so trying to holdposition during a contraction didn't work so good. My 7 year old daughter, Britney, was there for the birth, and she loved EVERY moment! I was glad to have her there, and she was more than happy to see the first moments of her little sisters life. It was anamazing experience for her. I'm glad to be home though. I had her at 1:55am on the 24th...I was out of the hospital early evening on the 25th. Phew!
