implanon.. no sex drive?

okay so my son is 7 month old. my husband came home in mid april from deployment and i was always jumping his bones. well in mid may i got implanon put in my arm for birth control, seems like since then, i haven't had a sex drive.. i don't know if its the birth control or if its me or what... i just wanna have sex with my hubby but can't seem to ever be in the mood.

don't know about that form of birth control but when i was on any b/c my sex drive was never high, i had to keep changing it til finally i decided to stop all together...it started coming back and now baby two is on his way and it seems like i've lost it again

it could be...I know that when I was on certain kinds of BC I had zero sex drive...for me depo was the worst, however something that is implanted might be even more of a problem.

well its not a high dose because its good for up to 3 years, but i think part of the problem is that its progesterone only.. the fact that its only male hormones may be playing the part.

I think i've had more a sex drive sinc I've been on birthcontrol,i don't have the implanon like you,I'm on the pill it's Othro tri-cyclen.
And before I was never horny It was always my fiance wanting it,not it's mehaha.
Maybe you should ask your doctor about it?

i did im just trying to find out, i used to be on tri-cyclean. i didn't have a problem with it, but i wasn't active while iw as on it so i woulnd't know lol
