13 months and milk?

my doctor tld me 3 bottles a day but i dont remember exactly how much each tyme nd not to xceed a certain ml. does neone know...

nd how much milk do u give ur 13 month old?

it prolly depends on the particular childs needs.

I think at 13 mos I was giving her 3 cups of milk a day and 2 half juice half water. Now we do only a morning milk cup and a night time milk cup. Each other cup is flavored water or half juice/half water.

Gav usually has 2 cups of milk a day. One with lunch and one right before bed. He actually prefers water.

Our ped told us to give her 12-16 oz a day.

i heard 16 oz is the max. To much calicum will now allow Iron to be asorbed even if they eat a lot of iron rich foods.

I'm at work..and my WIC phamplet is at home..but I think it was 12 or 16oz a day milk until she is 2yrs old.

Since WIC is providing Milk (4 gallons a month)..I think she will be getting milk at dinner now too.

16-24 oz....I think. Dane has 3 cups, morning, noon and night. It should also be from a sippy cup.

Her sippy cups are playtex, so they are 9 oz cups. She gets 2 a day, 18 oz and thats perfect for her.
