Actually my back doesn't bother me very much at all! It hurt alot around 15-20 weeks. But i guess my body adjusted to it or something! The only time it really bothers me is if i've cleaned the house all day or if i've been standing for a long period of time and i lay down! but other than that its fine!
My hips hurt alot tho!
and my poor bladder. he beats it up all the time
