Question!

Ohk, so i know that when you are tracking your BBT in the morning your temp is higher when you are fertile. well, I don't track my BBT, but I have notice that today I have been slightly hotter than normal... my forehead is warm but i don't feel like i have a fever! Does this have anything to do with each other?

Ooo, good question. I'd like to know too, some days I feel like I'm going through menopause with the hot flashes I get!
