I have no idea how to get my weight back up . . i eat so much now, yet im still at 1OO pounds . .


i wanna go up at least to 1O5 . . but it seems like im either loosing weight or basically just staying at the same 1OO pounds . . ahhh !

HAHA - i wish. I mean i dont want to look how i use to look like iwas way to skinny, i was made fun of and stuff, now since im a mother i have to have some kinda shape added to my body.. ugh!

eat more carbs and protien and lift weights at the gym. dont do very much cardio activities cuz that will make you stay thin even if you are lifting. try drinking some protein shakes to get your calories up too.

I've heard avocados are a good, healthy fat?

buy some weight gain supplement at GNC. you can get a powder and put it in your drinks. guys know a lot about that stuff.

i have the same problem you do.. i've had 3 kids and could not keep on any of the weight no matter how hard i tried.. i currently weigh 97 pounds.. i even had my dr put me on the depo shot in hopes that it would help me gain weight (as well as keep me from having more babies).. but i've had nooo luck what so ever.. so please if you figure out how to gain weight and keep it on.. LET ME KNOW!!!

after i had connor i lost alot of weight and got real sick due to shock. drink ensure and boost drinks.. they work really well. not just as a meal replacement, as a anytime snack, there whole purpose is to maintain a healtlhy weight or to gain weight, i would give them a shot. good luck ..p.s. if that don't work, you cna hae mine1!

I'm at like 114, and I used to weigh 92. I miss those days.

eat lots of protine.. carbs.. potatoes are good for gaining weight.. thats how my brother did anyways.. all he ate was steak and potatoes [he now has terrible colestorl (sp?) BUT he gained weight lol]
and like they said before me as well.. lift weights.. muscle is more than fat.. and better to gain muscle than to eat bad and gain fat.. its a healthy way to gain weight..

You might not be able to gain weight because your job don't you work at a pool and thats alot of excercise lol

IDK though maybe your just one of those natuarally skinny people tha can eat as much as they want and whatever they want and not gain any weight at all lol.

lol i ask my bf if he wants my fat all the time.. he is beyond skinny.. 6'1.. 130lbs!
