kinda embarassing...

but I was just wondering if any of you ladies has had or knows anyone who has had trichomonas. I slept with someone for the FIRST time since my son was born 3 mondays ago and I got what I thought was a yeast or urinary tract infection like last wednesday. I went to the doctor and they confirmed both of those but said that I also have some sort of bacteria infection and I just got the results and they said thats what it is. It is an std, but from what Ive read and what my doctor said it is one of the most treatable and most common. But its soooo painful. Im just wondering if any of you ladies knows anything about it? How long does it take to go away? Im on antibiotics and have been for almost 4 days, but it seems NO different. and Im absolutely miserable!
