I might be a June mommy!

Well, July mommies, I think my baby girl is thinking about coming early! I lost my mucus plug and had bloody show with it on Saturday and continued to lose parts of it well into Monday evening. My discharge then picked it up a notch and I also began to experience diarrhea! Well, last night we went to bed at 10:00 pm, I had an empty bladder and at 12:30 am, I awoke because my I felt that my panties were soaked through. Went to the restroom, my panty liner was completely soaked through and my panties were so wet I had to change them. Emptied the bladder again and went back to lay down. I began to have a few mild pains in my lower back and abdomen. Finally fell back asleep at about 1:30, woke up again at 4:45 am to some more soaked panties!! I have changed my panty liner and panties a total of 4 times this morning and it's only 7:00 am! I still feel that I am dripping fluid, it is warm and continues to trickle out. I am about to change my panties once again! I have a feeling that my water has broken! I am waiting to call my doc's office, but have to wait until they open at 8:30 so I can speak to a nurse. I haven't had any significant contractions, however!   Do you guys think I could still be in the early stages of labor? Does anyone think I will be having this baby TODAY?! This is my first time and I have no idea what to expect!!

i was a july mommie but i had my baby boy on june 18th. he's in the NICU.. good luck to you.. as long as you pass the 36 week mark you should be fine 

that happened to me when i was 32 weeks and 4 days and at 34 weeks my water broke. they hold my labor into i reach 35 weeks.. my baby boy is a week old today..  

I would just callL+Dor go to the hospital..
That's how one of my friends went into labor. She was leaking water all night and also started to see her show.. and she just went straight to the hospital. Her contractions didn't get bad until after she was at the hospital...
My dr. also told me that if my water broke, just go to the hospital and don't call her!

Are you still leaking? IDK because when my water broke I was leaking through everything and yet I didnt have any contractions at all and my water had been broken for 5 days,so it might pay to call L&D if you're worried,my daughter got really sick and ended up in SCBU with an infection.

If your water broke then I would suspect that you will be having baby today-hurray, and Good luck!!!!!!

Thank you! Yes, I am still leaking through. I hope this is the beginning of a LOOOOONG day!  

when my water broke i was leaking every 5 minutes.. you are 36 weeks right?. they would let you have your baby now.. they wont do what they did to me. they wouldnt stop your labor.. they did it to me because i was 34 weeks. but they induced me a week later because i was at risk for infection and i was having high fever and my baby's heart rate keep dropping.

I would go ahead and go to L&D .. you are supposed to give birth within 24 hours after your water breaking because of the risk of infection. And if you sit around waiting when you could be at the hospital getting your contractions started you could up your chances of c-section...

go to L and D because that sounds like your water broke and if your contractions havent started then you need to be induced....they had to induce me because thats what happened to me so good luck! you might be seeing a little baby today

i would go to your docs now if you think your waters broke !

agree.. but induction doesnt always work..lol.. i was on pitocine(sp?) for a whole day and i was dilated 1/2 cm only and the next day the put a pill on my cervix to help it open and get the contraction started.. that didnt work either.. i had high fever, really bad contractions and i was dilated 2cm. they had to do a c- section..sometimes your water will break but your body is not ready to go into labor just yet

yeah i know but it might .. every person is different.. my water didn't break on it's own.. but i was induced.. and i progressed great.. but it's better to get there asap and get it started to at least lower the chances of a csec

Yeah, I'm 37 weeks already, so they will probably let me have her.
We're gonna go to L&D as soon as my hubby gets home with my yellow gatorade!  
Hopefully I will have a labor story the next time I post!
