Lost Mucus plug at 40 weeks and 4 days

I am 4 days over my due date, and i just started losing my mucus plug on monday morning. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and how long after they lost it did they go into labour been over due date. I have been having some lower pain and tightening in my belly but not much. But what i have had is bad pain around 10-11pm the past couple nights as if someone is grabbing my belly stretching it and twisting it at the same time then letting go.

I'm not sure, but im sorry you are so far past due! yuck! If it helps i describe contractions as really bad cramps...like te worst period of you life and they only get worse until the baby is born. Good luck and easy Labor dust
