Baby laundry soap...

posted 24th Jun
How many of you DIDNT use baby laundry soap? I read that if you get an unsented one it should be fine just to use regular laundry soap. I wanted to try and just use the same one we use now so i dont have to use two different soaps and can wash her clothes with ours...If you didnt use it what is a good regular laundry soap you used that worked well with baby?

I used Gain with my little boy and I have washed all her clothes in it so far. It worked fine for my little boy.... hoping for the same this time around.

I used Tide after she was about 10 months old. It just all depends on Baby and if there skin is okay with it.

I use it only because he seems to have reactions to any cheap soaps and TIDE. I have found some of the enviornmentally safe ones that work with him as well.

We use ALL free and clear. My son has EXTA sensitive skin, and this is the only kind of laundry soap we can use that doesn't break him out.

I never did use the baby laundry soap and my little girl was just fine. They told me that I had to. You just have to use the same one all the time dont change it at all..

I didn't use baby laundry soap w/my daughter, nor am I usung it with this one. I used All Free & Clear, or anything without dyes & fragrances. I would just keep an eye out for any allergic reactions. My daughter is 7 & I still have to use the sam soap since her skin is so sensative.

Food for thought: they dont wash the swaddling blankets for newborns in Dreft at the hospital. Dreft isnt necessary

I also use All Free & Clear, it has no dyes making it better for everyone. I've now used it for three kids, each one handled it fine - I could wash EVERYONE'S laundry in it & it's cheap!

i've been useing Baby All with Joshua. Recently i started washing his clothes with Tide but she got a rash from it so i had to switch back to Baby All. I used to use Dreft too but its too expensive. Baby All its like $1 cheaper.
