i have been with my Bf for 10 years almost we have 3 kids and we loss our other daughter last time he was in prison and 2years into the relationship me and his brother kissed a few times but then we got caught and stopped it but flirt with each other all the time sincenowmy Bf isin prison for bashing me
now his brother told me his truely loves me and wants to be with (he is even talking about marriage and kids of our own)

I say that you get him out of your life. If he isn't there then there is no temptation.

If your bf is in jail for hitting your or beating you, you should leave him.  If he is dangerous, I would be careful with the BIL though.

If the bf beats you then the brother has a good chance of being like that and why would you want to stay in the family and when your bf gets out of jail and finds out that you are with his brother...he is going to seriously beat you
