I just learned this yesterday on the website Twoweekwait.com I love that site it's so helpful if you go there you should check out the TTC naturaly they have alot of good stuff there especially for fertility diets.

I'm not a fan of milk.....if I have to drink it I prefer skim.

I'm a big fan of all dairy lol well most at least when I read that TTC should not drink or eat low fat dairy products I was so upset because I love my hot cheetos mixed with cottage cheese lol sounds gross but it's so good lol.

That does sound gross! I like cottage cheese with peaches  

I heard on the news a long time ago that you should eat ice cream. I posted a link to the news story when I heard about it, I will look for it

yep, 1 - 2 servings of ice cream a day it was. im having a milk week right now, i cant get enough of it. no idea y lol already drunk 2 pints today and its only 4.42pm
