What's the difference?

Between swaddler diapers and regular diapers? Which do you prefer and why?

I didn't think there was a difference. I think swaddler diapers are made for younger babies though. I might be wrong though.

I hated Pampers.

I would bet my life on huggies...LOVE them!

I thought that too... but I got a pack of newborn "swaddlers" at my shower on saturday. i was wondering what made them different from just regular newborn diapers? why's everything gotta be so complicated lol

I actually really like Pampers swaddlers, they held in leaks well. We also have huggies from the baby shower, so we are going to start on that pack next, we'll see how good they are.

Swaddlers have a different fit and they're much softer.... I loved them... neve rhad much luck with huggies, but every baby is shaped differently so get one and try it, if you don't like it try something else.... some stores have sample diapers so you can feel them..

Ah okay, cool. I'm going to try them since I got a pack for free at my shower, so I'm definitely going to use them but I just didnt know the difference. Maybe I should go open them up lol

I don't know the difference either lol. All I know is that I got a pack of Swaddlers and Swaddlers sensitive at my shower. But my sister got me Luvs she says they're the best, plus the cheapest out of the name brands. I didnt get as many diapers as I thought I would at the shower, only 3 packs, two of them were newborn and the Luvs are size one. I probably won't use the newborns long if at all because my family has big babies lol.

If they're size newborn don't open them. At least that's what my family told me, but that's because we always have big babies so we're never able to use the newborns much if at all. And the hospital usually give you some. So you maybe could take them back and get a bigger size. I mean, you can open them up if you want, there's no harm in it. Especially if you're not expectng a huge baby lol.

swaddlers are softer, they are cut different to fit a newborns plump lil tushie and the NB used to have a notch cut out for the belly button. IDK why they stopped making the notch. I LOVE swaddlers. they rarely leak which is nice when you have nasty newborn poop. They are the only diapers we use.
