Boy- coomes?

Yah! It's a boy! I had it confirmed and I couldn't be happier!
But I found out I have negative blood and my hubby has positive they tested me for coomes it came out negative - thank god! now they say i have a choice to have the anti-d shot now or not. Theres big controversy on whether you need it or not until after the baby is born. And we don't have that medication on the island i live on so if i get it i have to travel to the mainland of honduras.
Does anyone else have this problem? What did you do? One doctor is telling me get it and the other says i don't need it.
