SO PISSED (vent) and i need advice

ok heres the story!
-last tues: went in for my weekly appt and was mes. a week smaller then i did the week before! dr thinks something might b wrong! so she sent me for a u/s at the office the tech says baby is atleast a month behind they send me to the hospital for a bpp, afi, and nst. i was at the hospital from 1-9 and they sent me home during that time i dialated 1 hole cm! my dr came to the hospital and told me she would induce but becuz i was only 1 she didnt want to risk a csection! so she said she was going to send me to a specialist on fri for a better u/s and see what they said! and then i would probly b induced friday and if not friday def. this week!
-fri: go to specialist and am there from 10-almost 3! they say baby looks ok and that she will call my dr with my results but she doesnt understand why my dr wont just induce period instead of sending me around for all these test and racking up a bigger big for medicaid!
-she called dr as i was leaving office and said my dr would call with my info cuz she wasnt aloud to give it!
-dr never called to let me know what was going on
-sat: felt like crap all day was shaking sick had weird colored poop(sorry) please crazy preasure a wierd sharp pain that lasted 30 min and was soar in my chacha area! so i called the oncall number and left a mes.
- nobody called back!!!!!
-sun: felt like garbage was crying and pissed over nothing(really bad moodswings) contracting all day and was still shaky sick and just feeling wierd not myself at all. didnt call the dr cuz it would b a waist of time!
-today: call my dr office 4 min after they open was put on hold for 10 min(literly) when they finally come back on the fone i tell the lady i need to make my weekly appt and that after i need to talk to my dr!
-she gives a stank attitude and tells me i can only talk to the nurse NEVER the dr. i waslike what ever
-she asks the last time i was seen i tell her tues. she wants to schedule me for this thurs. which mean i would have not been seen for my 38th week! (i thought you had to be seen for that week plus i still dont have any of my papers to give to the hospital incase i go into labor!)
- then she says fine 3 oclock never tells mewhat day just says 3 so i gotta guess when my damn appt is and sent me to the nurses voicemail!
NOW- i am waiting for her to call back and atleast tell me the results from the test and what day this week i am going to b induced! since i was told that by her last tues.

i am so PISSED and really have no clue what to do i wish i could change dr i am so mad! i love my dr and the midwive i am hoping delivers me but the office and they way they do things is stressing me out so much

does anybody have anything to say on what i should do should i just say screw it all and go to the hospital later and tel them i want to b induced or what should i do help please!  i am going crazy!

go to your doctors today..ask them about it.. they will either one see you then or two tell you when your appt is..and also with you being there you will be able to see the wench that is trying to cause you stress.. that way you are assured a chance to talk to someone..make them wish they were nice to you before and helped you out..thats what i would do..

I am so sorry you are going through this and especially at this time in your pregnancy. I would definitly tell your Dr. when you see Him(Her) becuase they need to know how the front office is treating patients! and I would just keep calling, they have to take your calls and at somepoint they have to respond. I am not sure how far you are from your Dr. office but I would show up today at 3pm and say well since you couldnt tell me which day my appointment was I assumed today at 3pm and demand to speak to your Dr. or nurse while you are there. The most important thing is to try and remain calm and try not to let this part stress you out. Good luck

Wow, that sounds messed up. I would say that if your feeling like your going into labor or you ffeel like it, I would just go to the hospital and tell them what your feeling. Tell them who to call and who you want to deliver you. You shouldnt be treated like that, if she was going to induce you anyways, then just go to the hospital when you feel like you need to push or if you feel like crap.
I think you will be fine.
And if they said 3, then I would say its today, All you can do is go in for your appoinment at 3 and tell them you called, and this is the time they gave you, and you didnt like the attitude of the person who gave you the appoinment.

usually no news it good news....

i figure theres nothing wrong i have been small the entire pregnacy and they are always worried and its never eanything but still she should at least call to let me know you know isnt that the write thing to do!

the only reason i am wierd about going in today is that she was saying wed and thurs! she never even mentioned tomarro let alone today(that freaking whore ugghh thinking about it makes me mad)

i am waiting to see if the nurse calls me back cuz usually she calls back within an hour or 2 so ima wait till 11(its 10 now and i called like 9 and by the time i left the message it was like 920 or 30 so...) and then ima call and talk to the opperator and ask what they have as my appt and if the nurse is avalible to talk! uugghhhh they are making me so mad and the baby isnt helping by making me so uncomfortabl and not coming!

My Advice, go in as a walk in, tell them u have lots of pain, they have to see you because ure in normal bus hours. Girl I changed my doc with my daughters pregnancy at 35wks cuz later on I find out that the doc thats been seeing me insist going to be there when I give labor. Go in as a walk in, or threaten them your going to file a complaint with medicaid or ur insurance. If you file a complaint the doc has to go through a mission to get paid for your visits. Also, no news is good news. If you cant handle the pain go to the hospital and tell them you think ur water broke, but youre not sure. Usually the papers thehospital doesnt need them bcause they have all that already by ur doc just in case an emergency comes up. Scheduling to get induced needs to be done by the doc, they wont schedule u unless the doc orders. Or, u can call ur docs office and ask for the appt again andact rude with them too, ure hormonal, u have every right to be moody andwith attitude. Usually if its ur first pregnancy, they try to do whatever theywant.

WELL... they nurse finally called back at 11:45( i been doing running around all morning for my hubby) and she said that the reason she never called friday was cuz th3e specialist never sent the results and that the dr would only call if there was a problem and when i said that i was posed to b induced she said the dr never mentioned that to her(which i dont know why she would to begin with she only weighs me and takes my bloodpressure!!) and that she had left an hour before for an emergency and rite after she left the fax came threw with all my info from the specialist and she said she would talk to her about the induction and have her call me back when she got back!

rite now it is 2 and she usually gets in from lunch at 230 so hopefully she will call tonight with a date for this freaking induction i am so hot and starting to get really weak again!
