Rainforest Swing

Ok I have the rainforest swing, the full sized one and love it but it keeps quitting on me (the swing part) and it takes awhile for it to start back up after I push the reset button. Now I'm just wondering for those who have it if you have this problem? does it just quit swinging for no reason and then not want to start back up? I'm debating whether I want to take it back and try another one but I'm wondering if it's worth the trouble. I don't want a swing that isn't going to work right. To me it seems like it isn't working right. Oh and I've only used it about 5 times now so it's still new.

I would take it back.

I've read the reviews on BRU and some people were having trouble with the motor giving out. What you coulddois either take it back to the store where you purchased it from or call the company. Before I start the swing I give it a push so the motor won't be working so hard and I turn the switch off before I stop the swing as well.

I make sure to turn the switch off before I stop the swing but I never thought of pushing it to help it start. I'll definatly start doing that.

Well, I have the same one but I don't have a problem with it. Are you sure it's connected well in both areas?

yep everything is connected fine, sounds like I got a defected one. Hopefully they take it back.

mine didnt do that. maybe it defective?

Sounds like it to me. There is one thing I don't like about the swing though, if it's up to high they move back and forth (off the floor)
