"Growth Scan " question....

I have a growth scan ultrasound tommorow, and Im just wondering if the only do the measurements . Such as femur, head, fluids , and estimate the weight ....
Or is it just like the 20 week anatomy scan?? when they look at all the organs, measurements , ect..ect..ect...

Yes they do the measurements and thats when they actually changed my due date since he was measuring 3 weeks bigger.
