yesterday i went shopping with my boyfriend and alot of the stuff i wanted he wouldnt let me buy cuz he said there too reveling..he thinks that anything above the kneeis bad..but i let it slide and just laughed it off..after the mall we went to his moms house and his sister and her fiance where there [i was wearing a v cut dress, but i had a shirt under and a tiny bit of cleavage] im a d cup so theres no hiding them..but i do try , well i guess his sisters fiance commented on the fact that my boobs were getting bigger..duh im breastfeeding..and his sister got mad and threw abig fit about it[at the timei didnt know why i was just guessing it was her hormones since shes 6 months pregnant] but anyway she told my bf today and he said that i should respect myself and that hes gonna go buy me clothes from now on, and i had to ask him before i wear something, so i got mad and told him no that im not gonna be the type to let a guy walk all over her..so he got mad and broke up with me....

i think all this is a bit ridiculous..wats your opinion

It's your body and you know what's best for you. If you want to be with a controlling man who dictates how you live and what you wear, then fine. But I wouldn't be able to. You're pregnant, your body is changing, it's not fair to be covered from head to toe. geez.

to be honost, I would have broken up with him before he even had the chance. He sounds very contoling, and that scares me. Those men usually tend to turn into the wifey beaters. Or, at the least, you'll loose your own identity, and wear pre approved clothing, hang out with preapproved people, assuming he doesn't cut you off from civilization, and then you'll loose family ties. eeesh.

Um yeahhh...it isn't his place to tell you what to wear. It wasn't like you were showing them off on purpose. I don't see how that is not respecting yourself. Your bfs family sounds a lot like my future in-laws.

Yeah I think its ridiculous. I did the same, and my dudes family would always speak on how tight the clothes were and why don tI wear long sleeves exct.
