I had my daughter on June 12th, and she is already rolling over and onto her side. When do babies normally roll over?

my son rolls over on his side all the time..when he's on his back he sort of plops over to the side..it's cute..

all babies are different.

my niece rolled on her side at a few weeks but only to sleep on it.

Both my daughters roll to their sides. Olivia had taken to rolling to her tummy as well. They are all different and I learned alot of their rolling is arm placement. Watch how you lay down their arms. It will make a big difference.

omg u had your baby??? congrats...we shouyld have been dd buddeis/txt buddies since we live like an hour apart...too bad im old school and dont have a cell. so did everything go ok? did you post your labour story/pics? link???? lol. and my daughter rolled onto her side when she was 2 days old, and would be rolling over if she could figure out how tomove her arm.

My daughter rolls on her side when she in her crib but still hasnt rolled over yet. She only does it in her crib too and she's been doing that since she was about a month old. She's nearly 4 months hopefully she will start rolling over soon.

Mine did that too when I first brought him home. He doesn't anymore. I think it happens when they kick their legs a certain way. My doctor told me he's strong, but that it doesn't really count as rolling just yet.
