what are you doing to stay cool?

okay, so it's officially summer...and the degrees keep rising! I want to see pictures and hear what you ladies (and your babies, if you have them already!) are doing to stay cool during this scorching summer!  

And for all of you that are like me, and due during the summer...I'M SORRY. I know how miserable you are!

I went swimming yesterday!   It was a lot of fun...my sister got a few pictures of me relaxing. (i apologize for my strikingly pale self, lol)


yeaaaaaah, this one was mid-sentence. very flattering, i know!   lol. i look like i'm trying to impersonate elvis or something!

This made me very sad, not only because I don't have a pool, but because I'm due9 days after you and am 10 times bigger  

im due 4 days after you and well i cant really do anything to cool off.. im not allowed to go swimming because the last time i did it i felt like my belly was being torn off of me so my doctors told me not to.. and the AC doesnt help that much.. so i pretty much just wear shorts and a tank.. i wish i could go swimming tho..your lucky!!

aww that looks cool and refreshing lol wish i had a big pool like that but all i got is cold shower and a/c and cool drinks .... ohh and btw ty for comment on summer pregnancys i hate it ..... i'am so uncomfertable ahhhh !!!!!lol

yeah... im due the 26th of august and im way bigger... this sucks, I could NOT pull off a bikini lol

and if it makes you feel any better, i don't have a pool either...my mom's co-worker let my sister and i go use her pool yesterday while she was working. we're hoping to get to go a few more times...but we have to ask beforehand! i don't have it at my every whim, although i WISH i did! haha

Wishing I had a big pool  But I will have to do with PJ's little froggy pool! he gets to cool off and my feet get a soak

ughh, my belly is pretty, yes, but has a lot of stretchies..
theres a community pool 5 minutes from me,
but it's too hot to even be outside at all for me,
i stay in the ac allll day and take cold showers.

aww, that's a bummer! i'm on bedrest, but my doctor is still allowing me to swim! i wonder why you felt like your stomach was ripping off  ?

haha, i wish it was mine! it's my mom's friends. i just got to borrow it for the day   lol. AC is my daily love!

aww, i've seen pictures of those froggy pools! I want one for myself!!!!

my doctor says that some people are different and pools arent for them during pregnancy.. and she says that it may be from me thinking to much about my son.. but i know what in felt.. it didnt feel good at all..i actually though i was loseing my son when i was swimming..so that lasted a whole 10 minutes lol.. but sitting in a pooh byb the edge while holding my belly was soo bad.. but my doctor sais not to do it becuase it may cause me problems in the end..so i just dont..and dont really plan on trying anymore..

aww, even to get in an air-conditioned car and drive there, and stay in the water til you get out and back in your air-conditioned car? haha.

awww...i'm definitely not doubting that you felt it at all! i'm just sad that you had to feel it   i'm sorry that you can't swim!

do you live near the beach in florida?

yea i live in Vero.. which the beach from my house is about 20 to 30 minutes away..
