focal point during labor

so I think I definitely want to have a focal point during my labor.

Did you have a random object that you stared at? Did you pin up a picture of something calm and serene like a waterfall?

What was your focal point and did it work well for you?!

I closed my eyes when I pushed...not on purpose...I guess it was my way of pushing "harder" lol

I know that you had Hayden super early (like, 30 weeks, right?)...did they just do a c-section for some reason? I guess I assumed you went into pre-term labor...
