Help!

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to put up a default pic or avatar ... whatever they call it. I have a pic of me in my photo album, but I just can't get it right. Please somebody help!

go to the pic you want, right click on it > Properties > Copy the "Address URL" and paste it under Edit profile > Personal Info
