what does medi-cal cover?

does anyone know if medi-cal pays for circumscision because it is now considered "cosmetic sugery"?

Or if medi-cal pays for renting breast pumps from the hospital?

It does not cover circumcision. Out of pocket from $150 +

Do you have WIC?

Cause atWIC they allow you to borrow one for free, thats what they are letting me do..

Not against it but he isn't so we figure why should our son be? I dont see any importance in it besides everyone is doing it, but thats just my opinion. The dr mentioned to us "well what if one day your son questions daddy how come mine looks different from yours?" what are we supposed to say?

no offense but how often is your son going to be looking at his daddys penis? i think you should get it done, if anything it will be harder for him when he grows up because everyone has it done, but its ur choice.

When they take a shower together or anything like that. Not everyone has it done. My 3 nephews didn't get it. My husband is not circumcized and I don't have any problems with him not being at all. Nor did he ever get teased about it from anyone. Also to top it off, we dont have an extra 150 or more saved for that. If i did, have the money for it... I wouldn't get it either. It's just that I feel strongly, that it's not necessary at all. But that's just me.
