re: Rock Star stroller

Did you check the basket underneath for the tire pump? That's where I found mine, it was in this little pocket. I also think you can use any air pump but I've had my stroller for a while now and I haven't needed it.

ooh, thanks for that, sheila, I will check that out.

Okay, my latest question. I am looking at the snugride car seats - one of the selling points on the RSB stroller was the adaptability to hold the snugride.

Does anyone know if it will hold the Graco Safeseat (the newer car seat that has bigger height and weight allowances - 30lbs/1year as opposed to 22 for the snugride). I have read that the safe seat is supposed to fit with most graco strollers, so this could be an issue, and I do not want to buy the safeseat if it will not fit into the RSB frame...

Hi there,

You can only purchase the Infinity online through www.amazon.com (babies r us), and they only carry the blue or the pink (not the green). i asked someone who sells the RSB about the bassinet and they said that the Infinity cannot use the RSB's bassinet because the Infinity does not have a place to connect the carseat adapter. Too bad!

The infinity is on sale for 250 now. I checked it out yesterday and there is no bassinet. It seemed nice but they didn't assemble it right in the store so I couldnt check the fold and the reverse position (to see if my leg would hit the stroller). The only real weakness was the sun canopy. You'd need to add a Ray Shade to that here in California and that means another step to the fold.

It's on their web site in Blue and Pink but I called 3 stores and only 1 had them in stock (in Green).

Hi all
I live in England and have found the RSB online, i have fallen in love with it and so want to get it. Only thing is i am having trouble finding places that sell it in England or that will ship it here.   I have managed to find somewhere that does it in the whitish colour but i was just wondering if anyone has it in the white and if so how hard is it to keep clean.   The black colour is not available over here yet, but i do prefer the lighter colour. Also to anyone that has seen or purchased the light colour, can i just ask what colour is it coz it looks white but is described as tan?
If anyone could help it would be appreciated.
Many thanks.

Hi, I just read a review that someone resold their Rock Star Baby light color stroller because it got too dirty. It's ironic that you're looking for the black version RSB, only available here in the U.S., because I'm looking for the green I'coo Infinity, a color apparently only available in the U.K.! There are only hideous pink and blue available here for some reason, and I don't really need the pram on the Rock Star version....I was hoping to save a few hundred dollars, but I can't get past those awful colors.

Hi ladies. I have been on a major search to see a RSB stroller in NY/NJ area. Does anyone know of any stores that I can look at one? I too wanted a bugaboo until I saw one and was unimpressed with the fabrics and the fact that it is a pain to close. Can someone who onwns one really tell me how easy it is to close? Do you have to take the seat off like with the bugaboo? I totally want one but would like to see an actual sample before I buy. Thanks guys!!

You're looking for the Green I'coo Infinity, and I've seen it here in NYC in the BABIES R US store. Don't know if there are any in your area, but perhaps you can call and find out if they would ship to you.

I think I'm gonna settle for the pepto pink.

Hi there,

I am also in the UK and am having my first baby... I was going to go for the Bugaboo - I have tested it in store and think it is extremely well-made and light etc etc but SO many people have them where I live that I was determined not to.

I saw the RSB, loved it and ordered it online without having seen it in person. I too was concerned about the colour because they describe it as beige/tan but it appears to be an off-white ivory colour. Well I have now received the item and it looks really gorgeous, the changing bag, footmuff etc are all really lovely as is the stroller itself. It really is a nice colour - it is a light colour so I am concerned about keeping it clean but I liked it too much not to have it! It is a difficult colour to describe, I can only say that it is a very pale cream/ivory colour - exactly as it appears on screen so ignore the colour description.

I can't tell you how dirty it gets with use as my little girl isn't due until September but fingers crossed I won't have to give it up for getting too dirty!

Good Luck!

Thanks for the tip! ... I found some NYC store contact info to ask about shipping. I even asked on a UK website about the green color, if they had any in the US and they said no one in the UK would ship to us here. I even took a second look at the pepto pink & blekky blue, trying to convince myself they weren't that bad. Even the $200 savings over the Rock Star Baby didn't do it for me. I would probably spend the $500 on the RSB if I can't get a nice color infinity...maybe I could just have another baby to get my money's worth out of the pram. I'll have to decide soon though, I'm getting kind of old!

Has anyone been able to find the rock star infinity stroller in the LA area? I have called around and couldn't find it. Any input would be appreciated! I am in the South Bay area and just want to see it in person before I purchase it online. Thank you!

Just wanted to mention that when I fell in love with this stroller I had a really hard time paying $500 for it (let alone any stroller). I was able to buy mine on Ebay (brand new and in the black) for $250. I waited until the bidding almost ended and then bet at that amount and won. The shipping was an additional $60, but in the end I did save. I absolutely love it and can't wait to use it! DD is due Feb 12, 2007.

The RSB is just like the I'coo Infinity, but w/o white/black color and basinette. Half the cost too. I bought my I'coo before Christmas at BRU for about $150 on sale. I love, love it.

I am in Southern California too and would love to see the RockStar Baby stroller first before buying. Does ANYONE KNOW WHERE YOU CAN SEE THIS STROLLER IN CALIFORNIA??? I was thinking it could be somewhere in L.A., but not too sure where to start looking.
Please let me know if anyone has seen this in a store!! I need to know soon!
