So i heard that while you're pregnant there's a different kind of massage women are supposed to get other than the normal massage ... don't know if i'm relaying this properly but worth a shot ....

You need to research places that know and specialize in PreNatal Massage. You need to be positioned so you dont squish your weight down on your tummy (you need a table with a belly cut out) and they have to careful on pressure in certain spots.

No such thing as a silly question on here! I believe we are not supposed to have deep tissue massages. I got a "pregnancy" massage 2 weeks ago and it was great.

if you go to have a massage you need tolet them know you are preggers bc there are pressure points that can make you go into labor. Same with getting a pedicure, there are pressure points in your feet that can make contractions start.

Oh.....Pregnancy massages are like a lost orgasm! I loved mine, wanted one with this pregnancy but wasn't able too. Check into it, and clear it with your dr, do it do it do it, if you can! Best thing to spoil yourself with during a pregnancy!

Seems so crazy. I guess my immediate concern would be is if i can sucker my husband into giving me a massage that he wouldn't be "qualified" to do so ... I don't want to ask for one and have him massagethe wrongspot. Very interesting though ...

i realllllllly want one of those tables with the belly cut outs just so i can lay face down for a little while.... i was thinking about that yesterday... i want a table with a belly cut out that has like some kind of stretchy fabricy elastic stuff in the hole so that your belly is still supported but not squished! thatd be great, i want one dammit!
