Good Start Formula
posted 20th Jun
I have a question Mason is 2 days old today. I have been giving him formula since I left the hospital I was having issues with breastfeeding and I was just wondering (for the people that use formula) how its working out for you and if you like it. I really wanted to breastfeed but he seems to be liking the formula better.

I personally formula feed my son and have no problem. It is easy for me to make and he likes it. It just depends on what you want to do. Also my son has never gotten sick and he is healthy as can be. Just do whatever makes you feel best.

the doctors recommend using the top 3 name brands enfamil, simalac, and nestle good start... so whatever you feel comfortable feeding your little one is perfectly fine

I use Nestle's Good start (the orange can) and my daughter loves it! It's the only one she'll eat. We tried enfamil and similac, she hates them! Everything has been fine with Good Start, weight gain etc... I would recommend it

I started Sadie on the Nestle Good Start but not the orange can- the green one. She was a few weeks early and the doctor suggested putting her on that to begin with since it closely mimics breastfeeding. She seemed to do really well on it and around three months the doctor switched her onto Enfamil. The good start formula helped her to build up a really good immune system and put on a healthy amount of weight. She has had no health problems and is a happy baby girl now
