physio

arrrggghhh my hip is killing me to the point i dont want to walk, my midwife says she can refer me to physio, was just wondering if anyone else had any pain and were refered and if so did it help or am i just gonn be wasting my time??

well i didnt have cancer but i had it when i did mt knee in and it helped alo, you should try it
